Some Wi-Fi routers offer a "unified" network, which means that it sends a "mixed" 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz signal.
In this case, your smartphone may connect to the 5Ghz network by default and not transfer the correct information to Konyks devices.
It is recommended for all connected devices to configure 2 distinct networks (SSID), a 2.4Ghz and a 5Ghz, or to deactivate the 5Ghz network.
Once this is done, you must connect your phone to the 2.4Ghz network and start the installation procedure again.
