I changed my Internet Box, how do I change the Wi-Fi network and the Password for the Konyks application?

It is not possible to change the network assigned to devices already connected to the Konyks app.

There are 2 solutions:

1 / Rename your new WI-fI box exactly like the previous one (same SSID, same password) and it will reconnect automatically (provided that your SSID is in 2.4 Ghz)

 

2 / Remove and reinstall the devices (it will take over the Wi-Fi to which your phone is connected)
