Is it possible to share a device with several users and have notifications sent to different users simultaneously?

YES - once a device is shared between two (or more) users, both receive notifications.

To share: Konyks app - Click on the device

Click the "..." menu at the top right then Device sharing / Add sharing / Enter the details of the other user (who must have downloaded the application and created a Konyks account)
